糸満漁業組合が運営しているお魚センターでは、組合員11店舗が軒を並べ、毎日新鮮な魚を提供しています。 糸満漁港で朝セリにかけられた魚を中心に、加工品や惣菜などの販売しています。お惣菜もその場で作っています。握り寿司、魚のから揚げなど、それぞれの店舗で調理しています。
