Moe's is the cleanest dive bar in Chicago. You can always tell a Chicago dive bar because they all have at least one dog. In this case, the dog belongs to JB Bartlett, the bar and music manager. It has music almost every night of the week. It's Battle of the Bands and open mics are a must for any rocker building up their resume.
