Under the ramparts of Senglea. Fresh products, middle eastern inspirations, original creations. Classy place (inside or on the terrace). Small portions.

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Malta right now. Located in a place that is not necessarily known as a dining out destination, this restaurant along the marina in Senglea (part of the Three cities) is a great choice for fine dining.
