La Guarida

This is the place for those who really want to get to know what the real Cuba is like. The building represents three different time periods: what Cuba was, what Cuba is today, and when you enter the restaurant, you discover Cuba’s future. Not a tourist Havana, but the version lived by Cubans. The grouper is a classic, we’ve had it on the menu since the beginning. The marlin tacos and the suckling pig confit with orange sauce are excellent as well. All the food is prepared with great care.
