Very zen environment with delicious Vegetarian/Vegan dishes. Try the "Mongolian Beef" and "Lemongrass Tofu"

The chef is Buddhist, so the restaurant follows vegetarian guidelines but in the Chinese tradition of making it very meat-like. So the menu will say "Beef with Broccoli" but it's not beef. Worth it!
