From this park is pretty easy to have a glimpse about Cluj because you can see the city center and some of the neighborhoods around. It's about 10 minutes away from Horea 90. You can go there during the day but also late in the night.

if it's a sunny day I wouldn't leave Cluj before a walk in Cetatuie Park. Set This hotel in your maps and walk to there. It's an half hour walk with a nice landscape of the city. Looking the city you will see a green tongue in the middle: these are 3 parks which might be your next walk if you enjoyed your first one

This is a marvellous viewpoint on a hill from which you can see the whole city. The old communist hotel is not up to much but the view is just spectactular and you can have a drink up there and admire it.
