un'ottima trattoria facilmente raggiungibile dalla strada che collega Supetar a Bol. Ottime specialità alla griglia. Prezzi molto buoni. Da provare assolutamente la loro panna cotta

Taste some of the Traditional Meat Dishes from the island of Brač (must be ordered 1 day in advance, we can do it for our guests any time): 1. "Vitalac" is made with lamb or goat innards as the key ingredient, wrapped in caul fat and spit-roasted. It’s served with warm bread and green onions. 2. "Lamb on a spit" is famous everywhere in Croatia, but here is prepared on a different way - definitely worth tasting! 3. Peka can be made with any kind of meat (even tasty octopus peka). 4. On the island in a place called Donji Humac. If you have a car go there, if not, rent it and go there! We locals love this restaurant. The food is perfect!

You can have a taste of original Brač cuisine, especially Brač lamb specialties. Shep's cheese, skuta, genuine Brač «vitalac», and famous lamb on a spit are some of tavern's best specialties.
