Super close by, just head south on East street and you'll run into Garfield Park! There's a large conservatory and gardens.
Beautiful park on the south side of the city. Beautiful conservatory (great place to warm up on a chilly day) with sunken gardens. Conservatory charges a small fee for entry but they have awesome tropical plants. There’s often a festival or concert happening there on weekends at the amphitheater. There is parking on-site.
This is a small park but has a beautiful sunken garden, a farmer's market on Saturday mornings during the summer and early fall, and a greenhouse conservatory that is the perfect way to warm up on a cold winter day.
The largest park in Indianapolis. On Spring/Summer Saturday mornings they host a Farmers Market featuring some of the best local fresh foods around Indy.
Oldest city park in Indianapolis, lots to do, they have a aquatic park with waterslides, picnic areas, make sure to visit the sunken garden especially at night when the fountains are illuminated! The Conservatory is AWESOME in the winter with it's lush tropical plants you will feel like you are on a tropical island.
