This is a pretty spot to watch boats and ships sail by, go fishing, take a nice stroll on the boardwalk and have a picnic or play chess or checkers (tables set up at all times).

I like to just go and sit by the water, bring my lunch and watch the boats. I find it peaceful. In summer, there’s been concerts (free) on Sunday evenings.
