New, unique park along Lake Erie, between historic ideal for enjoying a picnic, a stroll, some play equipment for children, watching the lake, the sky or a sunset. Water access for kayaks.

An awesome place to hang out to view the lake. There is a small beer garden and adirondack chairs (or muskoka chairs for you Canadians). You have to take the Queen City bike ferry from Canalside (you don't need a bike to take the ferry) or you have to go all the way around which is a pain. There are a lot of bike paths from here as well along the water if you're into that.

Rent kayaks, do yoga outside, watch the sun set over Lake Erie, walk the nature trails, etc. All within view of downtown.
