Also known as Cofa Coffee, they have solid coffee with grab-n-go style breakfast/lunch options. A great place to stop before hitting the slopes at Keystone.

Great breakfast and lunch. Best Cuban sandwich I've ever had (which takes them 15 minutes to make, but worth the wait)
