Their menu changes seasonally (or sometimes simply inspirationally) while the Gan Shan commitment to a delicious, nourishing, and restorative food experience remains unwavering. Here's a Gluten-free and Vegan entree we recommend: GSW RICE BOWL sweet soy, mayo, chili oil, roasted eggplant, pickles, peanut, choice of protein at additional charge $9 (we like it with crispy tofu) Outdoor seating under the trees (probably dog-friendly)
