Don’t miss seeing Texas’ oldest, continuously operating dance hall (Gruene Hall) and saloon. Grist Mill Restaurant- not only a must visit with yummy food, the setting is very unique - Go early and usually expect a wait. The old General Store-lots of neat little Texas themed gifts, foods, and old fashioned ice cream. There’s lots of walkable shopping and wineries to enjoy too
