That is where Bollywood's Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan John Abraham, Rekha & other actor's reside. There are other 5 star hotels, coffee shops, the walk alongside the Arabian Sea view is soothing & calm. There are weekend live events& spaces to sit & enjoy the Ocean waves.

Nice place to chill out and check the sunset. If you're a bollywood fan, you can check out Shahrukh Khan's and Salman Khan's places while having coconut water :)
