This is a trendy restaurant offering small and large plates. A little pricy for Carbondale but the food and drinks are great.

This is a great spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Every morning they have freshly-baked pastries. The best are the english muffins and morning buns. It is our favorite dinner spot, and they use locally grown and seasonal ingredients wherever possible. Our favorite is the gnocchi salad, kale salad and short ribs. They also have delicious cocktails!
