Swimming is popular at this busy, sandy beach with 2 cliffs linked by a suspension bridge, right in the centre of Newquay. Water sports, rocks pools. Fully equipped beach huts for hire by the day fully and stalls selling hot take away food, smoothies, shakes and baked cakes. Toilets and an outside shower to wash off the sand.

The beach in the centre of town, when the tide is out you can walk for miles and there are some amazing rock pools.
