Es un sitio histórico transformado en centro cultural dedicado al arte y la tecnología. El primer edificio se construyó en 1888 y a partir de la puesta en marcha del ferrocarril al Atlántico surgió la necesidad de tener un espacio para el almacenaje de mercancías, obra que se termina 1891.
