You can't beat price/quality for Asian in this neighborhood. All kinds of noodle soups, but the fried dumplings are probably their best-kept secret. You can eat well here for $6.

Hand made noodles in soups and/with dumplings (you'll hear it happening the whole time there). Everything's super cheap and very delicious. It's always packed but dont be shy, just get in there and grab any seating you see available.
