If you are heading south for the day or arriving from the south on highway 94 be sure to stop at Beeland. It is about .5 hr south of Golden and worth the visit. Full of local honey, tourtiere, organic meats, soups, homemade hot sauces and chili starters. The bugaboo gold alpine honey is our favourite.

7 minutes south. Great little coffee shop/market with lots of yummy honey products and frozen meals.
