On the to-do list for us is a visit is this exquisite rooftop bar on the 21st floor of the newly opened Hotel Emporium at South Bank. It’s Brisbane’s most luxurious rooftop bar, encased in glass with jaw dropping 180 degree views all the way out to Moreton Island. The walls of greenery add a subtropical vibe. Open from 6.30am for breakfast until late at night. Drinks are a match for the stunning setting, with an extensive curated list of boutique wines and luscious cocktails.
