Great and not expensive gym with a lot of group courses and access to all their netwoork. Are you a member of GoodLife Fitness Centres ? Then you can access Energie Cardio !

I highly recommend Energy Cardio on wellington street, they recently renovated and now boast a gorgeous lofty training gym for novice or the experienced gym bunny. You can sign up online when you arrive for a 3 or 7 day free trial, and they sometimes have monthly prices.
