Darn near everything we create is homemade and scratch-made. From the sauces, soups, browns, fries,potato chips, biscuits, syrup and jams. To the meats, sausages ,pickles and dressings. We cook with real butter and canola oil to provide you with the freshest and best tasting food anywhere.

Looking for Breakfast or Lunch options? You've got to check out Doug's Diner and the amazing homemade options on the menu. Everything is delicious but I strongly recommend the breakfast menu, specifically the Hillbilly (Three Eggs, Browns, Griddle Biscuit topped with Country Gravy, Choice of 3 Strips of Thick Bacon, Slab Ham, Two House Sausage Patties or Two Turkey Green Chile Sausage Patties) and side order of Blueberry Hotcakes.
