Just up river from Adawehi is Riley Moore falls. Go early- lots of visitors on weekends and holidays.

This is a great place to hike to a waterfall with a swimming hole. We take our 3 children (3,10 and 14). The hike down is easy and the hike back is uphill so a bit harder. Dogs welcome and there is a small beach to hang out. We usually allot 4 hours for driving, hiking and hanging out as well as hiking back and driving back. You can certainly spend more time here if you pack food.

A short drive to the Riley Moore Falls trailhead and a short hike down to the gorgeous falls is the perfect way to spend a morning or afternoon!
