Beautiful park with a great view of the Detroit skyline. Hiking and paved trails for biking. You can jump onto the Herb Gray parkway from Malden park.

In summer, that area is a good place to go picnic or go walk. In winter, that park has sledding activities. As near that park, there is a national reservoir to watch birds, hiking. Near Malden park, you may go visit the Ojibway Prairie National Reserve or Ambassador Golf Court. In the Malden area, you can go there by bus 7.

Great walking trail and pond, entrance on matchette road has a hill that you can climb which has an absolutely stunning view of the city.
