When ingredients from the ground get turned into something delicious, it’s Dirt Candy. Eating here is a high-concept experience with a modern interior to match. Most dishes are vegan, or can be made vegan on request. Chef Amanda Cohen mixes ingredients in fantastic ways––you’ll get a dish that’s pungent, astringent, and sour all at once. The Korean fried broccoli and the cauliflower tacos. Added bonus: they’re both full of fiber.
