My favorite lunch place, offering the very traditional "nem" imported from Central Vietnam served with rice paper, vermicelli, herbs and a very special sauce. The "thap cam" (mixed) portion is so huge, you'll need help finishing it. By the way, my favorite lunch place since it has cooling fans and extremely attentive service! Opens from 9:00 - 21:00
