In winter our mountains get 500 to 800 inches of snow and that snow melt provides an abundance of clear and pure mountain water. To the west and south are thousands of acres of famous Idaho potatoes. It is only natural to marry the Valley's two most abundant local raw materials to make a premium vodka.
