Very friendly staff en delicious fish. Restaurant and shop together. Very good smoked fish and meat.

Close to the Scheepvaart (maritime) museum, little shop where some of the best restaurants order their smoked fish (or meats). Not many chairs but worth trying the fish platter with a glass of white.

The best local smokehouse in Amsterdam. They sell everything from smoke butter to smoked sausage and smoked salmon.
