Many of the restaurants on the beach feature similar menus but this restaurant feature Spanish cuisine so it's a great change of pace. Right on the beach.

Lunch Restaurant Mesón Español in San Juan del Sur: Fantastic Spanish food, I recommend the paella de mariscos. It is beachfront.
