If you’d like to try a soufflé, this the place. I suggest that you book for the terrace. Inside is quite noisy.

Recently they have changed their name to Les Soufflés du Récamier. Soufflé is a hot single dish baked 15-20 minutes in the oven, served hot, can be sweety or salty. Better to book in advance!

Fantastic soufflés, really nice sunny terrace, friendly prices, the Bushes and the Obamas came there, they can't all be wrong :-)
