located at the base of Mt Cook. Give yourself a day to visit the area and do the Hooker Valley hike then lunch or supper at the Hermitage!

make sure you go on a nice day to take in some of the best scenery of this part of the country. A beautiful drive up the side of Lake Pukaki and past the world famous Tasman Glacier. The Hermitage hotel offers great views and a place to stop for lunch and a drink. Highly recommended .
