whalers lookout is well worth the short walk that spirals around the hill, camera is a must as you will have ample opportunities for breathtaking photos with 360 degrees views of the gulch, diamond island, bicheno and ocean views that go on and on. A must on your visit .

It is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the top. Offers 2 lookouts, one on the east side and the other on the west overlooking the town. The eastern side is a great place for sunrises.
