U Füsjgià means "the fireplace" and you will see a huge fireplace into the restaurant. On the fireplace they cook the most delicious typical food, panigacci, testaroli, pizza al testo (pizza baked in a testo, a special clay plate), carne al testo, chiodo (sausage cooked in the testo). All the dishes are homemade and very tasty: pasta with pesto, pansoti (stuffed pasta), minestrone, pasta e fagioli and much more. Special porcini mushrooms menù during autumn. The view from the terrace is just amazing.
