Located at the bottom of the Peanut Run off the Red Lady Express, hidden amongst the trees, Uley's Cabin takes its name from local historical figure and bootlegger, Uley Scheer. This venue features a vibrant outdoor bar with close up views of the peak and serves craft cocktails, beer and an elevated patio grill menu. The expansive deck houses Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the view Inside warm up by the wood burning fire and then enjoy rustic Colorado cuisine with a French-inspired flare and inspired wine and cocktail menu. During the winter enjoy a sleigh ride from the base to Uley’s Cabin for an amazing 4 corse dinner!
