"Da Oggi" is probably the best Italian restaurant in Shimokitazawa!

Pizza in Japan? Yup and it's one of the few non-smoking establishments since most restaurants allow smoking indoors so if you like gourmet Italian with fresh ingredients and no smoke, it's a great date night spot.
