One thing London isn’t short of is Turkish restaurants. That being said, there aren’t many with the local reputation of this place. Growing from a New Cross hole in the wall to a gigantic two-floored palace, Meze Mangal is a local institution. Ask for Uncle Meze and say Reg sent you. His chili sauce is something else.
