HAVILAH (10 min walk) Launcestons newest wine bar. Opened in July 2020, HAVILAH is the place to learn, taste and understand Tasmanian wine. A list of local beers and classic cocktails join the extensive wine list. The delicious share plates and cheese platters are based on seasonal produce from local growers. My favourite place for a quiet drink before or after dinner.
