It is an old fashioned hotel with good food and atmosphere changes from night to night depending on if it is a Sunday Roast night, Monday special or Tuesday 2 for 1.

This place is owned by the same people who own the Greymouth Grill in Greymouth.. you have to check out both places... Greymouth Grill has a full wall 3D mural of a brewery behind the bar and check out the quirky exit sign as you leave. The Woodstock Hotel is the only pub I've found in New Zealand that has that homely feel of a good English pub... and needless to say.. amazing food ! Locally brewed beer second to none too !

The Woodstock Hotel is popular with locals and visitors alike. It provides great value meals and they brew their own beer.

Local hotel - 12 minute drive from us... Have a 2 for 1 special on a Tuesday night.... Check out their website for special nights etc....
