In Salida. Some of the best beers around. Nightly food-cart offerings run the gamut of flavors and are a really nice touch. Or you can order in from somewhere! Street patio and airy indoor space. Our current favorite beer provider.

New brewery with a clean upscale space. Great variety of beers. Now w hard kombucha on tap. Great place to see live music. Food cart inside usually has curry or other tasty dish. Locals and tourists mingle.

Great local brewery where you can sit outside and enjoy a draft beer. From Wed- Sat, food is served from a delicious food cart with a rotating menu. Check out "kingkaengscurry" on Instagram.

Best brewery in town. Hazy IPA rocks even for someone who normally doesn’t drink IPAs.
