Great local spot that is everything you could want from a good dive. Don't be intimidated by the loud music or the crazy stuff on the walls. The staff will make you feel right at home and make sure your cup is never empty.

116 S. Front The oldest bar open in Wilmington. It’s a very close second to Duck n’ Dive for Diviest Bar. You’ll often find the owner of this place drinking at Slainte. Downtown Locals place.

My dad used to come here long before I ever lived in Wilmington. I was a baby in Va. and he came here on jobs. They found the Barbary exactly where it is today! He told me the floors back then were dirt. (1970's) It has been a local staple FOREVER
