Boathouse in the Marina is a lovely spot I like to go there for breakfast and sit outside to enjoy the views of the river Arun and the boats moored up it’s quiet and peaceful. You can walk along the river bank there is a path that takes you to a pub the Ship and Anchor it’s a fair walk so comfy shoes needed.

A nice spot on a sunny day to sit out on their deck for breakfast. They do lunch (and dinner at weekends - check the website for opening) and have a license.

Lovely place to eat whether it is for a full cooked breakfast, lunch, dinner, fish & chips, coffee & cake, or attend one of their special evenings. Wednesdays is 2 for 1 on fish n chips and Fridays is Tapas night
