Host's one of favorite place called Cheepao Maratan. This is a harusame (bean-starch vermicelli) noodle with spicy soup shop from Shanghai, Cheepao Maratan.Guests are to choose 3 toppings from the big fridge case in the shop, in which various ingredients are ready to be cooked. Among ingredients are vegetables, meats, dumplings, tofu and seafood etc. which are over 40 items. After choosing ingredients, bring them to the staff and they are boiled with the soup and served as maratan.
