Wroxham and Hoveton are the gateways to the famous Norfolk Broads. Wroxham and Hoveton are touristy towns with plenty to see, so, eat and drink. For quieter days, try Hickling or Ranworth broads. Hire a boat to while away a pleasant day at the slow pace of the waterways.

What’s not to love ? It’s about an hour from our door - The Broads have lots of areas to choose from and lots of boat yards where you can take out a picnic boat for the day. The world slows down when you’re on the river and you may spot the most wonderful wildlife too! It’s great fun but it will almost certainly be nippy on the water (so grab extra layers) dogs are welcome and there are loads of places to stop off and grab a snack and drinks.
