We love this hipster filled coffee shop right on University Avenue - 10 minute walk - where you could grab good coffee and listen to good music.

Nice, high ceilings, comfortable, light coffee shop with complete coffee bar, nice breakfast and lunch menus and occasional live music. 15 minute walk.
