The bar is fun, but the small restaurant is my favorite place to grab some grub after a night out on the town. I almost always order the Satellite Scramble which is a full plate of eggs, hashbrowns, ham, gravy and cheese all mixed together. I can never finish it.

Laid back little hole in the wall. Has an outdoor patio. They only serve beer and wine. Great little local spot. They have pool tables unless they have a band playing.

Natural foods market. Has a beer section with a ton of bottles to choose from where you can build your own six pack and try out a bunch of different brews. Wine selection is good as well and all the produce is organic.

June through September you can float the river in Spokane. Always a good time. We normally just take tubes and float from peaceful valley to Riverside state park in about 3-4 hours. Row Adventures also has a guided one.

Climb up the little mountain in the park and you will find a flat grass area on the very top that is surrounded by a low stone wall. Great place to watch the sunset. I've found evidence of camp fires up there, but have no idea of the legality of such a thing.
