We'll start the route in the center of the picturesque whitehouse village, passing by an old arab canal and walking through a 4'5 kms path of beautiful landscapes and getting finally into the gorgeous Canyon where we'll do a little picnic, usually Next to the natural spring pools. A wholesome yoga class on the beach. We start with aromatherapy, indulging in natural smells of essential oils, preparing the body & mind for the practice. Including initial breathing exercise (pranayama) followed with asanas, combining hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga elements, ending with a guided mediation and a sound bath. 
 The class is focused on improving health in a holistic way and turn the focus inwards to find deep state of relaxation and nourish the body mind and soul inside out.

After the class we can enjoy beautiful sunset on the beach and swim in the sea. (optional) Don't forget to bring a yoga mat or a towel. I have some extra yoga mats and some towels in case you forget your own :) Just request them from me at least 2h before class.

Caminito del Rey Recogida en bus en un punto determinado Conoceremos de primera mano el Caminito del Rey, que consta de 7,7 kilómetros entre pasarelas y senderos cruzando al final del recorrido por un puente colgante con 105 metros de altura situado sobre el Desfiladero de los Gaitanes. Descubriremos la historia de su construcción y disfrutaremos de las vistas tan impresionantes. Excursión al Caminito del Rey con guía local. *Idiomas: Inglés/ Español. Nos uniremos con otro clientes y haremos la visita guiada dentro del caminito.

Esta experiencia se basa en conocer el espectáculo de caballos y flamenco realizado cada miercoles en las instalaciones de Club Hípico El Ranchito, en Torremolinos - Málaga. Un auténtico ballet ecuestre que nos viene acompañando cada miércoles a las 17:45h ininterrumpida desde hace 32 años. Sus coreografías están montadas sobre algunas repises de Doma clásica y Vaquera, con música española y vestuario de la vieja Andalucía y dirigidas por José Carlos González Guerrero, jinete principal que tiene en su trayectoria profesional premios tan importantes como: Campeón de España en 2009 o Medalla de Oro en repetidas ocasiones en el Sicab (Uno de los eventos más importantes en el mundo de la hípica). Antes del espectáculo pueden visitar los establos libremente. El espectáculo comienza a las 17:45h y acaba a las 19:30 aproximadamente. Recomendamos acudir entre las 17:15 y 17:30 para entrar al recinto, escoger el mejor asiento disponible y disfrutar sin prisas de la experiencia. Nos encontraremos en el centro de Málaga y nos dirigiremos en la furgoneta hacia el embalse del Conde del Guadalhorce. Por el Camino cruzaremos el valle del río Guadalhorce, un valle singular de Málaga especializado en plantaciones de cítricos, naranjos y limoneros. Ascenderemos la sierra de Alcaparain y cruzaremos varios pueblos blancos. Desde el Pantano, empezaremos la ruta de senderismo de unos 8 kms cruzando un túnel excavado bajo la roca hasta la entrada del Caminito del Rey. Descubriremos la geología del Parque Natural, la flora y fauna del parque, su singular paisaje y historia y tradiciones locales. Pararemos en las zonas más expectaculares para admirar los desfiladeros y tomar fotos. Al final de la excursión tomaremos el autobús lanzadera del Parque Natural que nos llevará al punto inicial de la ruta. La ruta a pie es de 3 horas. No hay peligro ni grandes subidas, es un sendero muy fácil. SI VIENE EN TEMPORADA BAJA PUEDO OFRECER UN DESCUENTO. We will do a 3 hours hike through the Natural Park of Torcal de Antequera. There, we will discover this incredible and unique place: the plants, animals, landscape and the amazing geologic shapes. I will explain to you why this amazing landscape has been made in this way. We will stop by in different view points where you can take pictures of the incredible scenery. You can not find a landscape like this one in other part of Europe. We will cross some griffon vultures, wild goats, and some little reptiles. Moroever, there is a fox that sometimes appears looking for food. We will discover the Ammonites hidden in the park and the different shapes drawn by the stones: the sphinx, the robot, the screw, the cathedrals... Frigiliana, conocida como la "Villa de las Tres Culturas", cuenta con un lugar preferente en las lista de Los Pueblos Más Bonitos de la Península Ibérica. La configuración actual de la villa responde a tiempos de Al Andalus, encontrando su semilla en la alquería de los siglos IX y X. Destaca en la historia por ser ejemplo de convivencia, pues aquí cohabitaron durante siglos musulmanes, crisitianos y judíos en armonía hasta la conquista de estas tierras por parte de los Reyes Católicos (con la consecuente expulsión).
