If you like Chardonnay - and trust me, you will after drinking Tamar Valley Chardonnay - or Riesling or Gerwertz... I personally think that Goaty Hill's one word description for their Chardonnay on their tasting menu is apt = Wow. Can also recommend their platters out on their deck, looking over where the Pulp Mill was going to be. You'll understand why the locals fought so hard for so many years to kill that plan.
