Basically across the street. Quiet and quaint coffee shop that's really only visited by the locals. Always friendly staff.

My all-time favorite coffee anywhere! It's just roasted so well here. Get any bean siphoned-brewed and you will not be disappointed. If you're into lattes I would suggest their Fargo Fog tea latte. I could go on and on with suggestions with this place but really everything is just so good!
