1hr stroll, a 15 min taxi or a train from Queenstown road station to Vauxhall and jump on the Victoria line 1 stop, or 156 bus to Vauxhall’s from Queenstown road then jump on victoria line. An other great night out in a food market. Brixton is a great place to visit for a fun night out with a super cool vibe. Lots to see and do and there’s also a really great shopping and arts scene plus a brilliant independent cinema. The Brixton village market is full of independent shops and restaurants. The other highlights of the area are electric avenue, cold harbour lane and Atlantic road.

Once a rundown arcade, Brixton Village Market is now home to more than 20 new cafés, restaurants and takeaways and has become Brixton's culinary and cultural hub. On Thursday and Friday nights the market is open late and to the delight of customers there is live music and a wide selection of international cuisine on offer, as well as a warm, community atmosphere.
