Fran and Shane have created a wonderful vibe at Delamere, along with making some of the region's best fizz. Fran is a sparkling specialist, who has honed her craft through international study and immersion; she makes the sparkling for a number of the boutique vineyards in the region. Shane will tell you he'll take the Pepsi challenge against Jules' Pinot Noir any day... you can choose picnic items from their cellar door and then select a spot to admire the views and sample all the goodness they have to offer.
